What is Human Trafficking?

Human Trafficking is defined as “the use of force, fraud, or coercion to obtain types of labor or commercial sex acts”.

Who is most susceptible?

Traffickers look for psychologically or emotionally vulnerable victims. They target runaway teens, homeless people, immigrants, folks facing economic hardships, and those struggling with substance abuse disorders. However, anyone can be a victim: male, female, all ages, all demographics.
